cooldown caller - rate-limit escalation
You set the cooldown.
We make the call.
Track rate-limited actions across any platform. When a scheduled or manual check discovers a cooldown has cleared, CALL-E places a real outbound phone call - no chat, no question asked, no dashboard-checking required.

Why a phone call?
notifications get swiped
You've trained yourself to ignore them. A call is different - it interrupts, it demands, it gets answered.
timing is everything
When a scheduled or manual check finds a cleared rate limit, a call can surface the next action without waiting for another dashboard visit.
act when the check finds it
The call tells you exactly what cleared and what's next, so you can act when you hear it instead of digging through a dashboard first.
beyond the demo
The agent pattern, not just this product
What's running here is the simplest, most focused version of this idea - one cooldown, one call, one purpose. The underlying shape - watch, verify, alert, fail closed - covers more ground than a cooldown timer.
Compliance deadlines
Watch regulatory filing dates - verify the requirement still applies - call when 48 hours remain.
No dashboard checking. No missed filings.
Content publishing windows
Watch a platform's own posting-cadence limits - verify the window is real - call when it opens.
Posts go out when the window is actually open, not when you remember.
API rate-limit recovery
Watch for a 429 - verify the quota has actually reset - call the moment a retry is safe.
You find out the integration can retry without polling for it.
Position/margin thresholds
Watch a ratio or price feed - verify against a second source - call before a threshold is crossed.
You hear about it before it becomes urgent, not after.
Rolling application deadlines
Watch a rolling-admissions or first-come slot - verify a new one opened - call with the window.
You don't have to keep the tab open to catch it.

The AI-augmented version of this same pattern
This demo runs on manual checks and fixed cooldowns, on purpose - it's deliberately narrow. Here's the direction the same watch/verify/alert/fail-closed shape could grow in, none of it shipped yet.
nowYou set the cooldown manually.
nextAn LLM reads the platform's own docs and suggests a cooldown.
nowOne fixed phone number.
nextDynamic routing - call you, then escalate to a team.
nowA simple ready/not-ready check.
nextA reasoning step reviews the opportunity and briefs you on the call.
nowYou track a handful of items by hand.
nextThe agent proposes new trackable items from a calendar or inbox.
nowFail-closed on error - no call.
nextFail-closed, plus retry-with-backoff and a diagnostic left for you.
FAQ
is this just a timer?
No. A timer tells you when time's up if you're looking at it. Cooldown Caller calls you when a check finds the window open, so you act even if you're away from your screen.
does it work with any platform?
Yes. The "popular cooldowns" above ship starting defaults for a few common cases, but any rate-limited action can be tracked - compliance deadlines, content reviews, audit prep, anything with a recurring cooldown.
can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Click "ring the demo line" to request a demo call to the project's fixed authorized destination, or add a tracked item and run a manual check once it is ready. No account is required.
